Assistant County Attorney
The Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of an Assistant County Attorney in the litigation section. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar is required. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in civil litigation is required. Must have ability to represent the County in various types of civil litigation and provide legal advice to administrative and elected officials. Experience in local government law, employment law and/or land use law is desired. Excellent academic record and effective oral and written communication skills are essential.
