Downtown Miami boutique firm specializing in bankruptcy, receiverships, corporate reorganization, and complex commercial litigation is seeking a junior 2+ years restructuring and insolvency litigation associate attorney. |
| Job Requirements: |
Work closely with partners and other team members on complex business restructuring, reorganization, and insolvency litigation matters.
Qualifications and requirements:
At least 2+ years of restructuring and reorganization experience working on insolvency litigation matters.
Candidate should preferably have some background in and a solid understanding of restructuring practice.
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Experience making appearances in bankruptcy court.
Must be licensed to practice law in Florida
Candidates must be able to work with a high volume and varied caseload, prioritize, and have strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients/co-workers effectively and efficiently. They must further possess excellent organizational skills, with a keen eye towards detail and ability to work in a team environment and multi-task. Candidates must also be able to work under pressure and deadlines and be disciplined to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
