ASSISTANT COUNTY ATTORNEY

The Palm Beach County Attorney’s Office is accepting applications for the position of Assistant County Attorney. Membership in the Florida Bar is required. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. A minimum of two (2) years’ civil law experience is preferred, but exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered. Must have ability to represent the County in various types of local government transactional matters, and provide legal advice to departmental, administrative and elected officials. Department representation before administrative boards or magistrates may be required. Experience in local government, construction law, transactional law, land use, or code enforcement is preferred.
