The Position
Qualifications
· JD from an accredited Law School
· Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York
· 2+ years of litigation experience
· Experience with professional liability is a plus
· Excellent legal writing skills
Responsibilities
· Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from beginning to end
· Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
· Direct communication with clients
