The South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (SFRTA) is seeking two experienced local governmental lawyers for the positions of Deputy General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel. SFRTA operates the Tri-Rail commuter passenger rail service in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.  Significant experience representing governmental agencies is required. The Assistant position has a salary range of $101,000 - $197,000. 

The Deputy position has a salary range of $148,000 - $239,000.
