Rissman is searching for recent law school graduates and attorneys practicing 1 to 4 years to join our hands-on, energetic and growing firm in our Tampa office.
In this role, you will represent individuals and companies throughout the State of Florida in insurance defense matters ranging from medical malpractice, personal injury, automobile negligence and premises liability.
You will gain practical litigation experience from the moment you join our firm. While your day-to-day work will be varied, you can expect some of the following responsibilities:
• Fact investigation
• Case strategy development
• Records collection
• Client collaboration
• Deposition and hearing attendance
• Trial preparation
