We are recruiting an adjunct professor to teach this course for the Fall 2016 semester.

ALSV Workshop-This course introduces students to the preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Students will learn practical aspects related to drafting the various portions of a patent application, as well as advocating before the USPTO during the prosecution of the application.
