Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program - PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR

The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program is currently seeking an experienced administrator to act as a liaison for mentors, schools and the WOT program. A minimum 3 years professional experience is required. The job is based in the Miami Headquarters.

Salary: $35,000-40,000

The successful candidate will report to the Director of South Florida, and will be based in our head office, located in downtown Miami. The main areas of responsibility are:

  • Manage Mentor Referrals, assignments, and renewal processes
  • Annually confirm program participation with Principals and solicit participation of new
  • Maintain accurate records of all schools participating in our program
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with School Coordinators and Mentors and provide
    ongoing support
  • Facilitate and track collection of all Mentee, School and School Coordinator data
  • Manage and track Scholarship Application process
  • Coordinate, facilitate and chaperone career-focused field trips and specialized college
    campus visits

The individual should possess:

  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Strong administrative and communication skills
  • The ability to adhere to the confidential requirements of this position
  • A reliable motor vehicle and the ability to travel within South Florida
  • The ability to work full days, and occasionally evenings and weekends
  • Be versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel
