The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program is currently seeking an experienced administrator to act as a liaison for mentors, schools and the WOT program. A minimum 3 years professional experience is required. The job is based in the Miami Headquarters.
Salary: $35,000-40,000

The successful candidate will report to the Director of South Florida, and will be based in our head office, located in downtown Miami. The main areas of responsibility are:
- Manage Mentor Referrals, assignments, and renewal processes
- Annually confirm program participation with Principals and solicit participation of new
schools
- Maintain accurate records of all schools participating in our program
- Establish and maintain regular contact with School Coordinators and Mentors and provide
ongoing support
- Facilitate and track collection of all Mentee, School and School Coordinator data
- Manage and track Scholarship Application process
- Coordinate, facilitate and chaperone career-focused field trips and specialized college
campus visits
The individual should possess:
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- The ability to adhere to the confidential requirements of this position
- A reliable motor vehicle and the ability to travel within South Florida
- The ability to work full days, and occasionally evenings and weekends
- Be versed in Microsoft Office especially Excel
