Consumer Financial Services Associate

Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation for the consumer financial services practice group. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills, as well as federal and state court experience, are required. Financial institutions litigation experience is preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.

Fraud & Recovery Associate (can be housed in either FTL or WPB)

Associate with 2 to 3 years of commercial litigation experience for its Fraud & Recovery Practice Group.  Federal litigation experience is required.  Complex fraud litigation and/or personal injury litigation experience are highly preferred.  Candidates must have the ability to work on multiple complex commercial litigation case files simultaneously.  Must be a member of The Florida Bar.

Fraud & Recovery Associate  (can be housed in either FTL or WPB)

Associate with 4 to 5 years of commercial litigation experience for its Fraud & Recovery Practice Group.  Federal litigation experience is required.  Complex fraud litigation and/or personal injury litigation experience are highly preferred.  Candidates must have the ability to work on multiple complex commercial litigation case files simultaneously.  Must be a member of The Florida Bar. 

Litigation Associate

Associate with 2 to 3 years of experience in products liability, mass tort and general commercial litigation. Specific experience defending multi-jurisdictional complex products liability claims, preferably in the pharmaceutical and medical device areas, is preferred. Must have experience in all aspects of trial preparation, with excellent research and writing skills. Experience reviewing ESI/electronic discovery, preparing for and taking depositions, and attending and arguing hearings in both State and Federal court preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.

Litigation Associate

Associate with 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Federal or state court clerkship preferred. Must be a member of The Florida Bar.
