Consumer Financial Services Associate

Associates with 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial litigation for the consumer financial services practice group. State and Federal court experience is required. Federal court clerkship experience is preferred. Consumer finance litigation/financial institutions litigation experience is considered a plus. Excellent academics, legal research and writing skills are required. Must be admitted to the State Bar of Nevada.
