Real Estate Associate

Associate with 5 + years of extensive experience in real estate financing, joint venture sales transactions and have at least 4 years of large law firm experience. Experience with sales transactions (e.g., purchase and sale agreements, commercial real estate diligence including title and survey, management agreements, brokerage agreements) considered a plus. Must possess strong research and writing skills and excellent academics. Must be a member of the State Bar of California.
