Corporate Associate

Associate with 3 to 5 years of mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactional experience. Must possess strong drafting skills, excellent academics and have at least 3 years of large law firm experience. Must be a member of the New York State Bar or willing to sit for the next examination.

Real Estate Associate

Associate to be part of our growing dynamic practice with 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and sales transactions; leasing (preferably office and retail leasing), real estate finance (mortgage loans, construction loans, mezzanine financing, and/or preferred equity); and joint ventures. Experience with due diligence, title review, and general real estate matters (management agreements, brokerage agreements, etc.). Must be a member of the New York State Bar.
