Ideal candidate will have experience with procurement, contracting, permitting, and litigation involving public construction projects. Candidates with experience in civil litigation, risk management, environmental law, federal grant requirements, and/or general local government law experience may also be considered. Board certification in Construction Law and/or City, County, and Local Government law a plus. Salary range $68,849.98 to $130,955.55 depending upon qualifications and experience.
