Consumer Finance Litigation - Staff Attorney

Junior Staff Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in commercial litigation for the Consumer Financial Services practice. The ideal candidate should have significant experience with litigation procedure, including drafting motions and negotiating settlements. The candidate must have a strong academic background, good research and writing skills, and the ability and desire to communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel. Case workload will include the defense of consumer finance litigation matters. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, a commitment to client service, and the ability to appropriately prioritize matters is essential. Candidate must be licensed to practice and in good standing in Florida.
