Dispute Resolution Attorney 

Berger Singerman seeks to expand its Dispute Resolution Team with the addition of a highly qualified and motivated attorney with 5-9 years of comparable civil litigation experience. We seek a candidate who is skilled in litigating complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and/or before arbitration tribunals. Such candidate should have strong academic credentials and prior experience with all aspects of civil litigation including managing the written discovery process, taking and defending depositions, successfully arguing in court, and engaging in trial preparation. We seek applicants with the analytical skills and desire to grasp the legal intricacies of complicated high stakes disputes and the competitive spirit necessary to excel while working under pressure. Applicants must exercise good judgment and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Florida Bar admission is required.
