Assistant County Attorneys

Broward County’s Office of the County Attorney seeks qualified candidates for one or more Assistant County Attorney Positions to work in the areas of commercial and construction contracts and litigation.  Qualified candidates will have three (3) or more years of experience working in construction or complex commercial litigation or contracting, or equivalent experience.  We offer a competitive compensation package that includes participation in the Florida Retirement System and excellent employee benefits.  Candidates should send a resume and writing sample to Deputy County Attorney Michael J.
