Community Action and Human Services Department Legal Advisor

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and be a Florida licensed attorney in good standing with no prior disciplinary proceedings that resulted in the imposition of any penalty. Two (2) years of litigation experience are required. The employee in this position must take the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV) Core Competency Training within 60 days from the date of employment. Proof of education, license requirement and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified. The close date is 05/22/2020.
