Graduation from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar.

Special Comments

Primary selection criteria: Class rank in top 10%; law review or comparable (law review editor preferred); writing and research experience.

*The minimum salary for staff attorneys is $57,906.69, with graduation from an accredited law school and membership in the Florida Bar. The minimum salary is increased to $67,650.06 for a staff attorney with two years of experience in the practice of law, subsequent to Bar admission or two years’ experience as a judicial law clerk or staff attorney. The positions will be filled at the minimum due to budget constraints. Appointments are 10% below the minimum if the individual is not a member of the Florida Bar.
