MONDAY – FRIDAY – VARIOUS HOURS  – WEEKEND AS NEEDED 

Conducts legal research and prepares memoranda on legal issues. Provides advice and guidance on a variety of legal matters brought to the office of the General Counsel, including, without limitation, in connection with physician arrangements, access to care, conflicts of interest, clinical research, medical staff issues, procurement matters and hospital operations. As requested by the General Counsel, reviews, drafts, revises and evaluates numerous types of agreements including, without limitation, physician contracts, leases, licenses, clinical research studies, supply chain contracts, etc.

• JD & LL.M from an ABA accredited law school
• One to two years experience in legal practice. Healthcare experience required
• Admission to The Florida Bar
• Healthcare Certification preferred
