Black Law P.A. seeks to add a highly qualified and motivated attorney with 2-5 years of civil litigation experience. We seek a candidate who is skilled in litigating disputes in state and federal courts and/or before arbitration tribunals. Such candidate should have strong academic credentials and prior experience with all aspects of civil litigation including managing the written discovery process, taking and defending depositions, successfully arguing in court, and engaging in trial preparation. Applicants must exercise good judgment, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. |
