The Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of The Florida Bar encourages young lawyers in Florida to freely contribute their time and expertise in providing legal services to those in need.  If you know a young lawyer—younger than 36 or one who has not practiced for more than five years in any jurisdiction—who performs public service or provides legal aid to those in need, the Gwen S. Cherry Black Women Lawyers Association encourages you to submit a letter or statement by Friday, August 30, 2019 at 5:00 pm, explaining why the nominee deserves to receive the YLD Pro Bono Award.
